Application Instructions

Quest is now accepting applications for the Spring (January start date), Summer (May start date) and Fall (September start date) 2009 terms. For those wishing to apply for Fall 2009, please note that Quest offers an Early Action Program. Applications must be completed before December 1, 2008 in order to be considered for early admissions. The Admission Committee will notify completed applicants of the admission decision before the new year. Admission decisions will continue on a rolling basis until the class is full.

In addition to completing an application form, all students must submit the following:

  • High school transcript
  • Essay
  • Original piece of work
  • Students will also be required to meet with an Admission Counsellor for an Interview - these Interviews will be conducted either in person, by phone or through internet based peer-to-peer programs such as Skype
  • If you are a student applying from outside of Canada and the United States, a Financial Aid Application and Affidavit of Financial Support [PDF, 670 KB] will need to be completed and sent to Quest. This document is one of the requirements for completing your application.

Students may also send in supplementary material in order to give Quest a better understanding of their accomplishments and interests. These materials may include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal Portfolios
  • Advanced Placement (AP) results (to be mailed directly from the College Board)
  • International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma results (sent directly from your school to Quest)
  • Standardized test scores (Quest's SAT code is 4798; ACT code is 5293)
  • A body of creative work (art, writing or music) or scholarly research
  • Resumes outlining your work and extra-curricular experiences

Students wishing to apply for Scholarships or Financial Aid are required to submit a Scholarship Application Form.
